Transcripts Simplified

I’m Tom Higgins, President and CEO of Vera Bradley, and I’m joined today by David Fesler, our Chief Financial Officer. The decline was driven primarily by store closures and a significant decline in traffic and sales in our stores that remained open. We also saw double-digit declines in our e-commerce channel for both our owned and third-party sites. This was driven by a decrease in demand due to store closures and social distancing measures.

This decline was primarily driven by lower payroll and professional fees. This provides us with sufficient liquidity to support our strategic initiatives and operations during this period of uncertainty.
