Gogo Inc($NASDAQ:GOGO). has commented on the ruling that denied SmartSky’s request for a preliminary injunction. Gogo remains on track to launch its Gogo 5G service. “We are pleased with the Court’s decision denying SmartSky’s request for a preliminary injunction,” said Gogo’s CEO, Michael Small.
“This ruling clears the way for Gogo to continue to move forward with our 5G launch plans.” SmartSky had accused Gogo of infringing on its patents, but the Court found that Gogo did not infringe on any of SmartSky’s patents.
